Wine Line is unable to accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 1x24 hours after receiving the goods.
We may request unboxing videos and photos of the issue to process a replacement or refund.
2. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 1x24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Unwanted or disliked products.

Items damaged after delivery.

Orders where the customer fails age verification at delivery.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
