Tasting Notes:
On the nose, dried fruit, candied citrus peel and oak, with notes of ginger and nutmeg. On the palate, raisins and sultanas with ginger syrup giving way to sweet cinnamon spice and a hint of vanilla.
 
The finish is long with oak and warming ginger.
